Description Two class 45/0s were in charge of Hertfordshire Railtours "Hills and Cities 2" tour on 6 June 1987. Taken during a photo-stop at Manchester Victoria, scenes like this with dozens of railtour passengers spilling off the platform ends would not be valid in these Health and Safety concious days. 45029 is seen here and later in the day was exchanged over with 45062 at Sheffield.
