Description

Trailer 6546.209 closest to the camera with 5046.206 powering in the middle and attached on the back is a van. Taken on 10 February 1992, train 6921, 17:17 Kienberg-Gaming to Pöchlarn.

The line from Pöchlarn is known as the Erlauftalbahn. Services connected here at Kienberg-Gaming with the 760mm gauge Ybbstabahn although by the time of this visit passenger trains on the narrow gauge line had already gone although the line was used for specials. In December 2010 services on the Erlauftbahn were cut back to Scheibbs meaning Kienberg-Gaming no longer has any regular passenger traffic.
