McCrystal speaks at the two day quarterly Corps Commander Conference and Security Shura, held on April 13th and 14th, 2010 at the ANAAC base in Kabul, Afghanistan. Ministry of Defense Abdul Rahim Wardak , Deputy Minister of the Interior Lt. Gen. Munir Mangal, as well as all of the senior Afghan National Security Force leaders, attended the conference.
