Summary edit

Description
English: Army Gen. David Petraeus, Multi-National Force - Iraq commander, gives his opening remarks to Soldiers at the 100th Army Reserve birthday mass re-enlistment, hosted in the rotunda at Al-Faw Palace, Camp Victory, Iraq. In his speech, Petraeus commended the troops on their sacrifices and decision to re-enlist. He added that, despite being warriors, they bring invaluable skills from their daily trades to the front lines of war and those skills make a powerful impact on the ever changing missions they face.
