Summary edit

Description
English: This is the original 14 room mansion Captain James Harvey Smith purchased for his bride Alice Graham Smith in 1882. Mrs Smith had the massive dwelling rolled off it's foundation and moved to the rear of her property after the death of her husband on her birthday in 1900 and the death of her granddaughter in 1908. On the same site she erected a Transitional Style 3900 square foot home. Construction on the new home was completed in 1913.
