Cartoonist: Charles Jay Budd Source: Harper's Weekly Date: November 9, 1912, pp. 14-15This Harper’s Weekly cartoon honors both President William Howard Taft and President-Elect Woodrow Wilson as “Two American Gentlemen,” showcasing how the United States transfers power peacefully from one political party to another.
