Jeff Landis, a simulated casualty, while conducting combat first aid training Aug. 5, 2013, during Khaan Quest 2013 at Five Hills Training Area, Mongolia. The Marines were assigned to Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment. Khaan Quest is an annual multinational exercise sponsored by the U.S. and Mongolia, and it is designed to strengthen the capabilities of U.S., Mongolian and other nations? forces in international peace support operations.
