DA NANG, Vietnam (April 7, 2014) Sailors aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS John S. McCain (DDG 56) shift colors in Da Nang in support of Naval Engagement Activity (NEA) Vietnam. The NEA provides opportunities for U.S and Vietnamese naval professionals to share best practices and maritime skills in non-combatant areas, such as military medicine, search and rescue, diving and salvage and shipboard damage control.
