Description U.S. Soldiers and foreign service members receive instruction on administering first aid to chemical agent casualties during the standardization portion of the U.S. Army Europe Expert Field Medical Badge competition Aug. 25, 2014, at the Grafenwoehr Training Area in Germany. The badge is awarded to Soldiers in medical professions who pass a variety of tests designed to measure proficiency in medical procedures, tactical skills and physical fitness.
