Summary edit

Description 171-G-11-M-5: Soooo big! But still not quite high enough to sell to the junk man or give to the Red Cross, Boy Scouts, or other agencies in the neighborhood. Conservation of waste will save millions of dollars annually for Uncle Sam. When that pile is broomstick high, they’ll be a hundred pounds of essential waste, circa WWII. Photograph was originally done by the Office of Emergency Management. (8/25/2015).
