English: 1790 Paulina Peak Lookout Tower, Deschutes NF, OR 8-1960
According to Tom Page at https://www.flickr.com/photos/forestservicenw/22140420003/, "U.S. Air Force air-defense radar facility known as the La Pine Gap-Filler Annex. According to historical documents, the radar itself was never operational. Reportedly, the radar tower blew down during winter of 1958 - 1959, and was never rebuilt. The building was reportedly removed in 1987. (The fire lookout tower is seen behind the radar building)"
