Description
Deutsch: Diese leider nur gering aufgelöste Wiedergabe einer Fotografie (Ferrotypie mit einer Ansicht des Schriftstellers und Lyrikers Theodor Storm stammt vermutlich aus der Urheberschaft von Ferdinand Tellgmann, des Malers, Daguerreotypie-Pioniers, Porträt-Fotografen und Begründers der Fotografen-Dynastie Tellgmann. Zu der Aufnahme vermerkte der Germanist Gerd Eversberg auf seiner Webseite g.eversberg.eu unter dem Titel Theodor Storm und die Fotografie:

„Während Storms Aufenthalt in Heiligenstadt (1856-1864) bereiste der Kunstmaler und Photograph Ferdinand Tellgmann (1811-1897) das Eichsfeld; Anfang Juli 1858 annoncierte er im Ober-Eichsfelder Kreisanzeiger und bot seine Dienste für einige Wochen an. Sein Atelier hatte er auf dem Grundstück von Storms Bruder Otto aufgebaut, der dort seit einigen Jahren eine Gärtnerei betrieb. Es waren die Glashäuser dieser Gärtnerei, in denen die Fotografien wegen der guten Lichtverhältnisse hergestellt werden konnten. Tellgmann fertigte hier vor allem Porträtaufnahmen sowie „Copien von Bildern aller Art“ an.[22] Möglicherweise stammt die Ferrotypie, die Theodor Storm in den 1860er Jahren zeigt, von Tellgmann; andere Aufnahmen aus dessen Werkstatt sind nicht überliefert.[23]“
