Deutsch: Kolorierte Lithographie eines ungenannten Künstlers aus der Zeit zwischen 1860 und 1869. Das Bild zeigt die 1835 gegründete und nach dem Unternehmer Georg Egestorff benannte „Eisen-Giesserey und Maschinenfabrik Georg Egestorff“ im damaligen Dorf Linden, bevor das Unternehmen in eine Aktiengesellschaft mit dem Kurznamen Hanomag umbenannt wurde. Im Vordergrund ist der von Hannover nach Göttingen führende befestigte Weg zu sehen, der heute an dieser Stelle Göttinger Straße heißt. Ein Mann und eine Frau mit einem Korb auf dem Rücken wandern mit einem Stock in der Hand in Richtung der Stadt Hannover und werden dabei von einer großen, mit einer Plane bedeckten Kutsche überholt, die von vier Pferden gezogen wird.
