Description
English: Geneva forgery of the Republic CORRIENTES, (2c) on greenish paper, Ceres head, issue January 1864. Michel N°4a. There are several indications mentioned in the Serrane guide (p. 6), the two most obvious: The vertical lines in the inner corners are not straight, the bottom of the vertical downstroke of the first 'R' of 'CORRIENTES' is broken by a black spot.
