Bisected stamp of 19th century Cuba under Spanish domination.

Description
English: Usage of bisected stamps was mostly in the second half of the 19th century in Cuba. The value became exactly half of the full value of the stamp. It is thought that one reason for their usage was the nonavailability of needed values.
