Description
English: Anton Fox delivering milk for his Wapato Park customers circa 1910. Mr. Fox was a native of Switzerland who had arrived in the United States about twenty years before. He resided in the Hunters Prairie area of Pierce County. Mr. Fox was the proprietor of the Wapato Park Dairy and delivered milk and cream in metal milk cans. His horses, Daisy and Billy, pulled the milk wagon and the faithful family dog, "Tedy Bar" (Teddy Bear) accompanied them. (Photograph and information provided by Emma Ohern of Spanaway).
