Description

1948 Ford Prefect A53A Saloon. The A53A was built in Australia from 1946 to 1948. The chrome grille slats, red badge near the top of the grille, opening quarter windows and solid roof identify this as a 1948 A53A. (With thanks to English and Australian Small Fords by Bill Ballard). Engine; 1172cc side valve 4 cylinder.
