Starostovi osady Albínov

V priebehu najviac trojdňovej lehoty navrhujem v osade vybudovať hroby/mohyly padlým Červenoarmejcom, a to takto: vybudovať násypy, vykonať výsadbu kvetov a stromčekov, mohyly ohraničť/oplotiť. V žiadnom prípade nepovoľujem premiestňovať ostatky mŕtvych.

English translation of letter from Russian language:
Army Commander of the Town of Trebišov April 9, 1945

To mayor of Albinov village

In upcoming max. three days I suggest to build graves/mounds to fallen Red Army soldiers, and to do so in compliance with following procedure: Build mounds (heaped piles of earth), plant flowers and border/fence mounds. I absolutely do not approve to relocate the remains of fallen.
