Wrecked Ferrari 166 at Watkins Glen in USA in September 1950

Summary edit

Description
English: The wreckage of the 1948 Ferrari 166 SC s/n 016i after a fatal accident at the Watkins Glen racetrack on September 23, 1950 where driver Sam Collier died. The car was owned by Briggs Cunningham [1] The person may well be Alfred Momo, who was racing mechanic for Cunningham for many years, starting late 1949.[2] A guess is that this is at Watkins Glen, but it may be at Momo/Cunningham's garage and workshop.
