Description
English: 1950 aerial photograph of Muhlenberg College and the Allentown West End surrounding it.. This photograph shows the campus looking north, including the baseball and football fields along Liberty Street. Just to the east (right) of the football stands is Memorial Hall, now known as the Life Sports Center. The former Allentown Preparatory School along 26th Street on the far left is Brown Hall, a college dormitory. Just south of the football field, left to right, are Trumbower Science Center, Haas College Center (domed building) and Ettinger Hall. In the foreground along Chew Street is Egner Memorial Chapel, while above it to the northeast is Berks Hall, a dormitory now known as East Hall.
