The Windsor was the base model Chrysler below the mid spec Saratoga and top New Yorker and Imperial. It replaced the Royal in 1950 and was replaced by the 300 (non letter series) in 1962. A major facelift in 1953 saw a less bulky look, new fenders and 1 piece windshield. (available in Standard or Deluxe) In 1954 it got a front end update and new chrome.(now only available in Deluxe) Engine; 264 cu in 6 cyl |
