Description

The all new 1965 Chevrolet got a facelift in 1966, the front fenders thrusting forward and a revised grille. The tail lights now rectangular (still triple on Impala and double on Bel Air and Biscayne) Available in Sedan, 2 and 4 door Hardtop, Coupe, Convertible and Wagon. Models; Biscayne, Bel Air, Impala (Super Sport option) and Caprice.( top-line, included a two-door hardtop with a squared-off formal roofline (in contrast to the Impala/SS coupe's fastback roof). 

Chevrolets were also produced in Australia by General Motors using modified American bodies from 1926-68.

Engines; 250 6 cyl, 283, 327, 396, 409 and 427 V8s
