Summary edit

Description
English: 1968 AMC Ambassador SST two-door hardtop (no center or B pillar), a full-size, top-of-the-line automobile built by American Motors Corporation. The Ambassador was AMC's flagship line (the SST model was available in two and four door versions), and this two-tone (no vinyl covered roof!) car is in original factory condition, but appears to have had one repaint. Finished in Laurel Green metallic (paint code P46A) with a white roof, and a matching green interior with the standard 50-50 individually adjustable and reclining front seats upholstered in cloth. This car has standard air conditioning (this was the first year A/C was included on all Ambassador models), standard full wheel covers, and numerous other features. It has 1968 AMC's 343 cu in (5.6 L) V8 engine, adjustable tilt steering wheel, AM radio with rear speaker, Visibility Group (remote outside mirror, etc.), and power steering. Was in one family in St. Lois until recently. Picture taken at the 2015 AACA Eastern Regional Fall Show held in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
