| Description |
English: 1969 AMC Javelin SST, a muscle "pony car" by American Motors Corporation. This two-door hardtop (no center or B-pillar design) is finished in one of the three optional mid-year Big Bad colors - in this case Big Bad Orange (BBO) that is set off with the optional black vinyl covered roof and an interior in black. This car was originally customer ordered with the optional 390 CID (6.4 L) 315 hp (235 kW) V8 engine and manual four-speed transmission, as well as other high-performance components. (Note: the original owner did not want the "Go Package" option.) The vintage road wheels were also customer customized when the car was new with aftermarket Cragar S/S (Super Sport) units and are correct for the era. The steering-mounted tachometer is also an aftermarket custom feature. |
