Deutsch: 30.06.1985 DDR 5217 [99326] Stadtilm, Am Kirchhof: Evangelische Stadtkirche St. Marien (GMP: 50.775221,11.082758). Dreischiffiger, frühgotischer Bau (im wesentlichen 15. und 16. Jh.) 1335 geweiht, mit Flachdecken. Nach Brand 1780 im Jahre 1784 barock umgebaut. Das Langhaus ist heute ein niedriger flachgedeckter Saal, dessen Mittelfeld durch die Emporenstützen angehoben wird. Chor und Langhaus sind durch eine Schranke getrennt. Der breit angelegte spätbarocke Altaraufbau und die Rokokokanzel wurden 1788 geschaffen. [F19850630A033.TIF]19850630340NR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
