Description
English: Dash and interior of 1985 Lancia Delta S4 Corse (chassis 202) on display at the 2021 Greenwich Concours d'Elegance. Built for Henri Toivonen to race in the 1985 RAC Rally (he won), it was used as a recce car during the 1986 season. It was later used in slaloms and historic rallies. This car was sold in London in the autumn of 2019 for £764,375. I got to help the owner, who also owns the blue Stratos behind, close the engine lid (the piece is very flimsy, hard to line up with less than three people) which was obviously very exciting. Door panel signed by Walter Röhrl, Miki Biasion, and what looks to be Markku Alén.
