Deutsch: 10.04.2004 01139 Dresden-Kaditz: Ev.-Luth. Emmauskirche Altkaditz (GMP: 51.083496,13.671395). Vor dem Bau der heutigen Kirche stand hier aus dem 14./15. Jh. die Laurentiuskapelle, von der im Sockelgeschoß des Turms noch ein gotisches Kreuzgewölbe mit Laurentius-Schlußstein erhalten ist. Um 1500 erfolgte ein Neubau des Kirchgebäudes als spätgotischer Saalbau mit markantem Westturm. 1750-1756 wurde das Kircheninnere barock umgestaltet. Aus dieser Zeit stammt der hölzerne Kanzelaltar mit den Aposteln Petrus und Paulus, geschaffen von Gottfried Knöffler. 1869 begann die äußerliche Erneuerung der Kirche im Stil der Neogotik durch die Gebrüder Ziller. Das Innere wurde von ihnen 1887/1888
neugotisch umgestaltet. Die Orgel wurde 1991 von der Firma Jehmlich Orgelbau Dresden neu in den alten neugotischen Prospekt von 1888 eingebaut. Das Instrument ist mechanisch und hat auf 2 Manualen und Pedal 19 klingende Stimmen (ca. 1300 Pfeifen). [DSCN2739.TIF]20040410940DR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
