im 18. Jahrhundert als Jagdhaus und kurfürstliche Schänke, dann Sommerschänke. In der einstigen "Fleischerschen Schenke" war Friedrich Schiller von 1785 bis 1787 Stammgast und lernte die Gastwirtstochter Justine Segedin kennen, die er als "Gustel von Blasewitz" 1797 im von ihm geschriebenen "Wallenstein" verewigte. Rechts davon die Pension "NEBENAN" (Nr. 10) und im Vordergrund das Vitanas Seniorenheim Centrum, Schillerplatz 12 (GMP: 51.051984,13.807730). Das Haus "NEBENAN, Pension am Blauen Wunder" (GMP: 51.052250,13.808162) hat 23 Betten. Das dörfliche Wohnhaus wurde um 1780 gebaut, hat zwei Geschosse und ein 2005 ausgebautes Dachgeschoß. Es steht neben dem Schillergarten. Der Maler Woldemar Hottenroth kam hier 1802 zur Welt. Sanierung seit 2005, Architekt war Erik Ressel. In der "Pension am Blauen Wunder" öffnet Ende September
