Deutsch: 13.07.2007 01326 Dresden Alt-Loschwitz: V.r.n.l.: Friedrich-Wieck-Straße 11 / Ecke Fidelio-F.-Finke Straße (GMP: 51.053558,13.814406), Friedrich-Wieck-Straße 5 und 3 (7 ist verdeckt). Loschwitz war einst ein slawisches Fischerdorf an der Elbe, das am 24. Juni 1315 erstmals als "Loscuicz" urkundlich erwähnt wird. In der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts beendete die eingeschleppte Reblaus vorläufig den Weinbau. Ab 1887 wurde das Winzerland schnell zu Bauland für Landhäuser und Villen. 1921 erfolgte die Eingemeindung nach Dresden.
