Deutsch: 14.09.2007 01309 Dresden-Johannstadt: Mietshaus-Villa Stresemannplatz 3 (GMP: 51.043224,13.772773) / Ecke Henzestraße / Ecke Wallotstraße. Das 1906 errichtete Mietshaus
gehörte dem Bauunternehmer Carl August Eichler. Das Haus am 1905 angelegten vormaligen Walderseeplatz wird auch als Walderseeschlößchen bezeichnet. Die Namensgebung bezieht sich auf den preußischem General Alfred Graf von Waldersee, der bis 1891 Generalstabschef der preußischen Armee war und 1900/01 den Oberbefehl über die europäischen Interventionstruppen hatte, die den Boxeraufstand in China niederschlugen.
