Wiener Straße. Erbaut 1953-1955 nach Entwürfen von Fred Pietsch und Heinrich Schneider. Hier ein Blick auf die um 2010 entstandenen neuen Anbauten (GMP: 51.02871,13.77179) nach Osten in der Wiener Straße mit einem Tanzsaal- und Internatskomplex. Die Palucca Schule Dresden ist die einzige eigenständige Tanzhochschule Deutschlands. Ihre Tradition beginnt 1925, als die Ausdruckstänzerin Gret Palucca in Dresden ihre erste Schule eröffnete. 1949 wurde die Schule verstaatlicht, 1997 erhielt sie Hochschulstatus. Derzeit (2010) lernen hier 225 Schüler und Studierende aus 20 Ländern Bühnentanz, Tanzpädagogik und Choreografie. Sicht von Süden. [DSCN31452.TIF]20080210140DR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
