Deutsch: 23.10.2008 01445 Radebeul-Oberlößnitz: Winzerhaus Barth, Weinbergstraße 14 (GMP: 51.110495,13.665575): Das Winzerhaus Barth (auch Haus Barth) steht in der Weinbergstraße 14. Das Winzerhaus stammt aus der Zeit um 1650. Auf der Karte von Hans August Nienborg ist das Gebäude dokumentiert. Es ist benannt nach der Eigentümerfamilie Barth, die dort wohnte. Das Nebengebäude (hier im Bild hinten) aus dem Jahr 1845 hat heute die Adresse Weinbergstraße 16. 1931 ging das Anwesen an Bruno Barth, den Vorsitzenden der Weinbaugemeinschaft Radebeul. Um 1948 fanden Umbaumaßnahmen an dem Nebengebäude statt, die es zu dem heutigen Wohngebäude machten. Deren Abschluss im Jahr 1948 ist in einem Schlußstein datiert. Die Familie Große übernahm 1987 die zusammengehörenden Gebäude, in denen dann seit 1996 Gäste bewirtet wurden. Zusammen mit dem hinter den Gebäuden liegenden Weinberg bildet das Ensemble das Weingut Ulf Große, das innerhalb des Denkmalschutzgebiets Historische einberglandschaft Radebeul liegt.
