Deutsch: 04.06.2010 01189 Dresden, Offenburger Straße 1 / Ecke Stuttgarter Straße: Gewerbegebiet Coschütz/Gittersee: Dr. Quendt Backwaren GmbH, Offenburger Straße 1 (GMP: 51.007472,13.694574). Über 50 Backspezialitäten werden bei Dr. Quent hergestellt. Die Firma ist der Nachfolger des VEB Dauerbackwaren Dresden. Nach Russisch Brot nimmt Stollen den zweiten Platz im Produktionsumfang ein, gefolgt von Oblaten.
