Magyar: A cisztercita kolostor 1216-ban keltezett aktákban szerepel először, de a kutatások rávilágítottak, hogy az első faépítményeket 1202-1206 között emelték. Az első kőkápolna 1210-1215 között, az első kerítőfal pedig 1230-1241 között épült. A munkálatok a tatárinváziót (1241) követően új erőre kaptak, amikoris minden épületet újraépítettek. A kolostorban az elején szigorú fegyelem uralkodott, a kereszténység terjesztésén dolgoztak, de a föld művelésére és szőlőtermesztésre is megtanították a környékbeli lakosságot.(forrás http://www.welcometoromania.ro/E68_Sibiu_Brasov/E68_Sibiu_Brasov_Carta_Abatia_cistertiana_m.htm) |
