Summary edit

Description
English: The view westwards from Yatton station in Somerset, England. The Bristol and Exeter Railway was opened here in 1840 with two tracks. In 1925 relief lines were laid on either side along the 1.5 miles to Huish Level Crossing but these were cut back to just half a mile in 1972 and now terminate near the bridge over the River Yeo. Similar relief lines on the east side of the station were also opened in 1925 but closed entirely in 1969.
