Deutsch: 08.10.2012 Dresdent: Blick vom Hausmannsturm nach Westen zur Yenidze, Weißeritzstraße 3 (GMP: 51.058981,13.726783). Die "Orientalische Tabak- und Cigarettenfabrik Yenidze" wurde 1907-12 von Hermann Martin Hammitzsch entworfen und für den Fabrikanten Hugo Zietz errichtet. Der Name Yenidze ist nach einem damals türkischen Tabakanbaugebiet benannt. 1996 bis 1997 saniert und wiedereröffnet als Bürogebäude und Restaurant. Unter der 20 m hohen Glaskuppel werden Märchenlesungen veranstaltet. Sie wird auch gastronomisch genutzt. Links das 13geschossige Haus der Presse, Sitz der Sächsischen Zeitung mit 46 m hohem Redaktionsgebäude. Gebaut wurde es nach Plänen der Architekten Wolfgang Hänsch und Herbert Löschau in den Jahren 1958 bis 1965 als Druckerei- und Verlagskomplex. 1966 wurde das Gebäude als "Bestes Bauwerk der Stadt Dresden" mit einem Architekturpreis ausgezeichnet.
