Deutsch: 18.10.2012 01067 Dresden: Bebauung Altmarkt Südseite. "nH Dresden Altmarkt Hotel" (GMP: 51.048978,13.738455). Bauherr war Sruel Prajs von der Berlinhaus GmbH Prajs & Drimmer. Am 21.01.2009 war offizielle Grundsteinlegung. Den westlichen Teil bezog 2010 die Dresdner Bank. Den östlichen Teil übernahm im Sommer 2010 der Hauptmieter, die spanische NH-Hotelgruppe, mit ihrem Vier-Sterne-Haus "NH-Hotel Altmarkt" mit 228 Zimmern. Der Dresdner Architekt Eberhard Pfau hat den Wettbewerb für die Fassadengestaltung gewonnen. Die Bauplanung stammt von den Architekten 'nps tchoban voss'.
