Description
English: Shapefile of congressional district from https://github.com/JeffreyBLewis/congressional-district-boundaries/blob/master/Arizona_109_to_112.geojson, shapefile of Arizona counties from http://census.ire.org/data/bulkdata.html, modified from File:2012 AZ-08 special.svg by replacing boundaries of counties to reflect the district including parts of counties instead of whole counties; granted, it looks a lot less tilted because of changes in the projections from the shapefile but I have no other viable option.
