Summary edit

Description
English: Syringa vulgaris (common Lilac) cultivar "Rochester", at Highland Park in Rochester, New York. The information plaque next to this plant reads: "Rochester is perhaps the greatest lilac variety to date, due to its hybridization qualities, and the unique radial doubling on some of its florets. Some individual florets may have up to 25 petals, and the white flower cluster have been compared to a candleabra. Rochester is a Highland Park hybrid, and has been the parent of many lilacs."
