Deutsch: 01.08.2016 09117 Rabenstein / Niederrabenstein (zu Chemnitz): Herrenhaus Niederrabenstein, Hofseite. Trützschlerstraße 8. Georg von Carlowitz erwarb 1576 vier Höfe in Niederrabenstein. Das Rittergut entstand dann, als das Dorf Niederrabenstein der Familie als erbliches Lehen übertragen wurde. 1686 wurde die Herrschaft Niederrabenstein verkauft. 1831 erwirbt der Limbacher Kaufmann u. Fabrikant Traugott Reinhold Esche das Rittergut Niederrabenstein und läßt 1834 das Herrenhauses erbauen. 1980 brennt das hohe Dach mit Dachreiter und Gaupen ab und wird durch das heutige flachgeneigte Nordach ersetzt.
