Description
Deutsch: 05.05.2019 01189 Dresden-Coschütz, Areal Felsenkeller / Plauenscher Grund, Coselweg 3 (GMP: 51.021819,13.699031): In der DDR-Zeit Kulturhaus der Eisenbahner. Das Gebäude Coselweg 3, die einstige "Felsenkeller"-Gaststätte, war Teil der Felsenkeller Brauerei. Die Gastwirtschaft wurde als Nachfolger der 1857 abgerissenen Villa Grassi erbaut. Ihr genaues Baudatum ist nicht bekannt. Vermutlich entstand sie Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts als Gaststätte mit Sommerwirtschaft. Anfang der 1960er Jahre wurde sie als "Filmtheater Felsenkeller" und seit 1972 als "Kulturhaus der Eisenbahner" genutzt. Nach der Wende wurde das Kulturhaus am 30. 06. 1991 geschlossen.
