Description The South Carolina National Guard and South Carolina State Guard sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the chaplain corps of the two organizations Oct. 19, 2019, at McCrady Training Center in Eastover, South Carolina to establish a partnership to work together for religious needs and resources. U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Jeff Jones, deputy adjutant general for South Carolina, and South Carolina State Guard Brig. Gen. Leon Lott, South Carolina State Guard commander, were present to sign the MOU.
