Description
Français : Echantillon macroscopique de leucogranite (blanc) et de restite (noir) suite à une fusion partielle continentale, en profondeur, un gneiss, roche métamorphique fond partiellement, les minéraux blancs qui le composent fondent (Quartz, feldspaths alcalins et plagioclases) pour donner naissance à un magma local très riche en silice qui recristallise en leucrogranite. Les minéraux noirs comme le mica noir biotite restent solides et s'accumulent les uns avec les autres pour former les "boules" noires de restite.
