Deutsch: Umbau zum Multifunktionsarena mit dem Schwerpunkt Leichtathletik bis zu 15.000 Zuschauern Platz bieten. Innerhalb des Gebäudes der Haupttribüne sind außerdem der Bau einer Fechterhalle, multifunktionale Sporträume, Fitness- und Tagungsräume, Platz für Sportmedizin, Büros der Vereine sowie Gastronomie vorgesehen. Eine Plaza als zentraler Eingangsbereich zum gesamten Sportpark Ostra ergänzt die Neubau-Umsetzung.
