English: Gemini V Recovery. Astronauts Charles Conrad and Gordon Cooper come aboard the USS Lake Champlain after splashdown from their mission of the Gemini V spacecraft. Conrad shows Cooper how to"say cheese" for the cameras, as Conrad and Cooper joke a little upon their return. Splashdown of the spacecraft occurred at 7:56 am EST on August 29, 1965.
