Description
English: Comparison of the distribution of microtubules and microfilaments in 2D- and 3D-cardiac cultures. Three-dimensional projection of confocal stack stained for α-tubulin (green), F-actin (red) and nuclei (blue). Two 3D aggregates and several 2D cells can be seen. Note the volume of the aggregate and the relationship between 2D and 3D cells. This is the same stack shown in Figure 8.
