THE BRITISH ARMY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM 1939-45


3.7-inch mountain howitzer and crew of 451st Battery, 1st Mountain Artillery Regiment, Royal Artillery, at Trawsfynydd in Wales, 8 May 1942. The crew are wearing windproof anoraks, mountaineering breeches and woollen stockings.
