Description

307 (left) - 317 (right) Flatbush Avenue between Prospect Place and Park Place in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, are also known as 122-134 Prospect Place. They are located within the Prospect Heights Historic District:

  • 122-126 Prospect Place (307-309 Flatbush Avenue) - tenement building, built c.1889, designed by John J. Kierst /Standard Building Company, Romanesque Revival style, features rounded sheet-metal corner tower, cast-iron storefront facades
  • 128 Prospect Place (311 Flatbush Avenue) - flats building, built c.1888, designed by Charles Conlon, Romanesque Revival style, designed as an ensemble with 122-126, features terra cotta panels
  • 130-132 Prospect Place (315-317 Flatbush Avenue) - "Prospect View", tenement building, built c.1889, designed by F. Keith Irving, Romanesque Revival style, designed as an ensemble with 122-126, features a gabled roof with terra cotta accents
