Description 330-PS-2621 (111-SC-393692): Chief of Chaplains Attend Conference. The Chief of Chaplains of the Army, Navy, and Air Force attended the semi-annual meeting of the General Commissions of Chaplains held at the Chaplains Memorial Building, 122 Maryland Avenue, NE, Washington, D.C. The Chaplains and leaders of the United Fellowship of Protestants Committee, in front of the building, are (left to right): Major General Charles K. Carpenter, Chief of Chaplains, Department of the Air Force; Reverend Joseph C. Dana, Director, United Fellowships for Protestants; Rear Admiral Stanton W. Salisbury, (ChC), USN, Chief of Chaplains, Department of the Navy; Mr. T. A. Hymer, Director of the General Commission of Chaplains; Major General Roy H.
