Description 330-PS-2849 (USN 708635): U.S. Navy Films Win Awards at Britain’s Film Festival. During ceremonies at the British Embassy, Sir Oliver France, (left), Britain’s Ambassador to the United States, presents awards won by the U.S. Navy and the Edinburgh Film Festival held annually in Edinburgh, Scotland. Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Air, John F. Floberg (right), accepts on behalf of the Navy. The winning films made by the Navy were titled, “Embryology of Human Behavior” and “The El Centro Story.” Photograph released July 2, 1952. (5/12/2015).
